All training content and facilitation incorporates the most current evidence, cultural responsivity, organizational and ground-up input of stakeholders, adult learning, and implementation science.

Training courses ready for implementation include the following topics. We customize duration to client needs; however, we recommend at least three hours to provide opportunities to apply knowledge. We conduct equity-informed qualitative and quantitative evaluations. When guiding implementation and larger systems projects, we research and synthesize data and elicit ground-up perspectives to inform decision-making. This process often includes focus groups, interviews, surveys, and analysis of large data sets.

Coaching
Capacity building to sustain change
We provide individual coaching sessions to support professional development and decision-making.
In addition, we provide more formal coaching to ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices. This includes observation and coaching feedback sessions.
Coaching sessions include deeper exploration of personal goals, inter and intra-personal motivators and barriers. Role-plays and individual skill building opportunities.
Coaching is provided via individual, group sessions, or communities of practice.

Frequency and duration are determined by the needs and goals of clients or evidence-based practice implementation requirements.
